Spark Festival – User Research Techniques, Inclusivity and Accessibility

User Research Techniques, Inclusivity and Accessibility

How do you ensure that your User Research techniques are inclusive? It’s important to realise Cultural Differences and Accessibility need to be considered.  We’re going to explore ways to ensure that your User Research projects are as inclusive and accessible as possible. Of course, keeping in mind the archetypes that your client is looking to gain insights from.

We’ll also touch on how to design for inclusivity too. blueegg Design Director Adam Faulkner will discuss practices and techniques that have worked in the past for blueegg projects.
