Following on from our sold out workshop at UX Australia’s – Design Research 2021, we are excited to launch a series Quant/Qual/Quant workshops with our first one kicking off online on the 21st of April.
More and more, we are being called upon to interpret complex data to identify, inform and facilitate research. Then, once the qualitative research has been completed, we are needing to re-quantify our insights in a meaningful, tangible, metrics based approach. This workshop seeks to provide you with an understanding of how quantitative data analysis, such as google analytics, can help you identify personas, flows and key tasks to effectively facilitate qualitative research.
When research is complete, knowing how to then reapply quantitative insights from qualitative research is critical in creating an evidenced based approach to findings. This workshop will provide you with the knowledge, process, research plans and templates that will help you go from quantitative analysis, qualitative facilitation to quantitative insights and deliver richer, deeper research insights and improved experiences for users.
This workshop will operate online via Zoom on Wednesday the 21st of April, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
